Katie – Office manager
When I began working for Dr. Schafer in 2000, I was a clinical orthodontic assistant. I currently am the financial and scheduling coordinator. I strive each day to make your visit to our office as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. My goal is to have each patient and parent leave happy and pleased with our staff.
In my free time, I try to spend as much time as possible with my daughter, Carson. She recently obtained her Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy at Ithaca College and has begun her full time career. As a family, we enjoy traveling and trying new cuisines. I also love spending time with my two Goldendoodles, Piper and Bentley. I look forward to the times I can walk for fitness, ski, work in my yard or relax with a good book.

My name is Sandra and I have been an orthodontic assistant for almost 10years. In my free time, I love spending time with my husband and our 4children. We all enjoy camping, spending time with friends and taking asmany adventures as possible.

Upon arriving at our office, you will find one of these gorgeous golden doodles waiting to greet you with a wagging tail. Piper and Bentley bring love, calmness, entertainment, and positive energy to the office each day! They enjoy being rewarded for their good behavior from their treat jar.
